Kimberly
Office Manager
Kimberly serves as the VA Coordinator at Piedmont Dental, where she plays a vital role in bridging care between the practice and veteran patients. Since joining the team in 2019, she has steadily grown into a leadership position, now heading the VA team with a strong focus on coordination, treatment planning, and administrative efficiency.
With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in veteran dental care, Kimberly is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to bring structure to even the busiest environments. One of her proudest achievements has been building stronger communication pathways between Piedmont Dental and the VA dental clinic.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is a proud race-track mom and enjoys peaceful moments gardening with her daughter. She balances her busy life with humor, hustle, and genuine care for her team, her patients, and her family.
Jess
Assistant Office Manager
Jess is a welcoming and knowledgeable member of our front desk team. She enjoys helping patients better understand their dental care and finds it especially rewarding to see the smiles on their faces at the end of treatment. With a warm, approachable personality, Jess helps make each visit a positive experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking, traveling, walking her dogs and spending time outdoors.
Bev
Insurance Coordinator
Bev is an experienced insurance coordinator and a graduate of Salisbury Business College. She takes pride in helping patients navigate their dental benefits to ensure they get the most from their coverage. Bev enjoys building relationships with patients and brightening the office with her creativity, especially when decorating the seasonal office tree!
Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, spending time with her grandchildren, and camping with family.
Kenzie
Dental Assistant II
Kenzie is a skilled dental assistant with certifications in nitrous oxide monitoring and coronal polishing. Known for her friendly and compassionate nature, she enjoys building connections with patients and hearing their unique stories. Kenzie takes pride in helping create a comfortable and positive dental experience for everyone who walks through the door.
In her free time, she loves to unwind with a good book!
Cameron
Dental Assistant II
Cameron is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who thrives in the ever-changing nature of dentistry. She enjoys that each day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow, and she finds joy in discovering new ways to make patients smile and feel at ease.
Outside the office, Cameron loves going on vacation, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing on the lake.
Lydia
Dental Assistant II
Lydia is a skilled Dental Assistant II known for her calm, organized approach and dedication to patient comfort. With a strong attention to detail and a natural ability to bring structure to even the busiest days, she helps ensure that each visit runs smoothly and efficiently. Lydia thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a steady, reassuring presence to both patients and team members.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the lake, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and embracing anything that brings balance and joy to her life.
Brittany
Dental Assistant II
Brittany is a dedicated professional in the field of dentistry, specializing in patient education and advanced prosthodontic case management. With a strong focus on full mouth rehabs, she takes pride in providing personalized, compassionate care for each of her patients. Passionate about giving back, Brittany finds deep fulfillment in working with the VA and supporting the health and well-being of our nation’s veterans.
Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through fitness, hiking, and horseback riding. A proud mother of two, Brittany balances her career and family life with grace, energy, and heart.
Makennah
Dental Hygienist
Makennah is a dedicated dental hygienist who brings a lifelong passion for dentistry to her work. Originally from Iowa and raised in North Carolina, she proudly calls both places home. Inspired by a family full of dental professionals, she followed in their footsteps and earned her bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from West Virginia University in 2022.
Makennah loves that dentistry is a field where she’s always learning and growing. She’s especially passionate about helping patients build confidence in their smiles and forming lasting connections through compassionate care.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Makennah enjoying the great outdoors–whether it’s hiking, white water rafting, or spending quality time with her family, she’s always up for an adventure.
Jen
Dental Hygienist
Jen is a dedicated registered dental hygienist and a 2006 graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College. With a certification to administer anesthesia, she is committed to providing comfortable and thorough care for every patient. Jen has a passion for educating patients about their oral health and takes pride in helping them achieve their dental goals with confidence and understanding.
Outside the office, she enjoys watching her son play baseball, relax with music, and spending time outdoors fishing.

Patient Care Coordinator
Cloey is the friendly face that greets patients when they walk through the door. As part of the administrative team, she brings warmth, efficiency, and a genuine smile to every interaction. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out whether she’s answering patient questions, easing nerves, or keeping the daily schedule running smoothly.
Outside the office, Cloey enjoys trying out new recipes, staying active in the gym, and focusing on her overall wellness. She also loves spending time with family and never turns down a good shopping trip.
